Caissex
The till, the kitchen screen and the customer display, in step — and every shop on one dashboard for head office.
Three screens, one sale.
A sale is rung up once. Everything downstream follows from it, with nobody retyping anything.
The counter
The cashier rings up and takes payment. A receipt prints, the drawer opens, and the sale is already saved.
The kitchen
The order appears on a touchscreen in the kitchen the same second. One tap on « ready » when the food is out.
The customer
A screen in the room shows the number moving from preparing to ready, so nobody has to ask the cashier.
Built for a shop, not a demo.
Counters are noisy, networks drop and hardware is old. The design assumes all three.
A sale is never lost
The sale is written to disk before anything else happens. Printing and syncing come after — a dead printer or a cut line costs paper, never a sale.
It works offline
The shop keeps selling with no internet at all. Sales queue up and reach head office by themselves once the line is back.
Nothing to install
One file, no runtime, no admin rights. It runs on the machine already sitting on the counter — including Windows 7, which most software gave up on years ago.
Head office sees everything
Revenue, average preparation time and busy hours, per shop and across the chain, on one dashboard that opens on a phone.
